Tebow goes to Broncos

I haven't heard any say "worst ever." (Two words: Ryan Leaf). I just think they're right in that it's a reach that early. We may all be proven wrong though.

 

Leaf was proven to be one of the worst, but at the time many thought he was better than Manning, I'm talking about the talking heards. The day after the draft very few if any believed Ryan was the worst. I've always felt that Lee Groscup was as bad as it gets, with all the talk about how good he was coming into the NFL.

 

My understanding is that it was a rule before Tim it just was not enforced.

 

The NCAA decided to enforce the rule after a knucklehead from Ohio State wrote something about Michael Vick (the dogfighter) on his eye black. That caused a stink with some people and they put a stop to it for everyone.

 

I may have to become a Cleveland Brown fan because they drafted Colt McCoy in the third round. I thought they got a steal getting the Texas Quarterback that late in the draft.

 

From what I have seen Colt McCoy is not bashful about his faith either.

I was surprised that McCoy was drafted so late. And he too is proud to profess his faith in Christ when the opportunity arises. We need more Christians like Tebow and McCoy in pro sports instead of criminals on parole.

 

I hope they both do well

 

I believe that Sam Bradford is a believer as well, is he not?

 

I have no idea.I have not heard of the faith of any of them except Tim.

Thanks!! Looks like two good ambassadors for Christ. As long as men like these two young men are in our churches and life our younger people will see how some handle life and still live for Christ. You might recall that at times we didn't believe our parents were in touch with younger folks.
