So my friend worrying about pooping in her pants when she's on a date is wrong? OK - I'll let her know.

See you prove my point. The answer is prayer, not drugs.

Perhaps then that still is the wrong word to use, or it conveys the wrong idea.
It is not the stress per se, that is wrong, it is how we react to it that counts. We can have either a godly reaction or a carnal reaction. We learn to cope with stress by handing it over to the Lord, or allow it to overwhelm us in the sense that it becomes such a stress that it weighs us down in a sinful manner such as worry and depression.
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say rejoice.

Ann as usual you still seem to have a problem with truth. I did not say that. Do you have no respect for the word of God?

Or maybe it is the Holy Spirit convicting them. Then you are attributing the work of the Spirit to sin.

That's interesting because when the cancer went to my mother's brain, she began acting differently. She even became beliggerant - which she had never been before. Was that sin now coming out - or the cancer eating her brain?

    Not true.

Medical experts state that certain mental health issues including clinical depression is brought on by heart problems and strokes.

Clinical depression can also be a part of a person dealing with trauma especially loss.

PTSD has clinical depression as one of the issues.

Clinical depression is not merely an "emotional issue."

I am addressing stress - not mental illness right now.

And what did I do when I came home? Took some Motrin (a drug), had a cup of herbal tea (a drug) to calm my mind then went to bed.

I agree that it's how we react that counts. We can absolutely respond in a sinful way but thank God for our body's reaction to stress!! Our body produces hormones that give us extra energy, extra strength, extra mind awareness/ability to think and a quickness that we might not have.

But I have to admit, I did growl when I saw what we faced. That's always my first response to a stressful situation. It seems to help me release the initial reaction and be able to move on. But I was absolutely stressed the whole time I worked that crash. But then again, body parts will do that to a person.

That is what I would like to know from FAL, S.Fred or F.Wife.
Do any of them get headaches?
If so, what do they do about it?

Hmmm - here is what you said:

You said if she stresses about this, she needs to confess. You only confess if it is sin. So you said that she is sinning. Your own words. Right there. Hmmm.....

Ann I ask you again do n you not respect the word of God as you continue to make false statements?

    This is what was said;
"So if this causes her long term sin she needs to repent."
Ann you do understand that a liar is someone who miss-represents another, corect?

But Ann you are not the standard, the word of God is and you continually miss-represent what is said, tell untruths, right here for all to read so why would we expect you not to mock the Lord in this.

Headaches can be caused by many things--cancer for example.
