According to Hinduism and many other sects of idolatry the vegetarian diet is the best way to reach enlightenment.

Fasting weakens a person’s physical strength and opens them up to a more sensitive awareness. thank you for that, many years ago in my youth i fasted for 28 days (water only) and began to hallucinate about the 21st day. my wife finally forced the end of the fast.
