Make useful something God has created.

Those that don't get the shot will spread COVID.

I am afraid of getting sick from COVID-19.

I prayed about it and felt it was ok to get vaccinated.

Abortion is just one issue among many and not a greater sin.

Those already living on this earth are more important than any fetus.

Why I Got Vaccinated for COVID

 

I've taken the leap, & slightly (!!!!) sore arm was the only side effect I had (so far anyway).
I had been debating whether to get the shot or no, due primarily because there was absolutely no way the long term side effects could be defined! My wife, an RN wanted to get them, so I told her if she made all the arrangements & all fell into place, I WOULD take it. Should note that I'm 84 & figured that any LONG term effects may not even knock on my door, & if worst case was I gave up habitation in this old shell, I'll meet Jesus face-to-face , so, to quote Hillary, "What difference does it make now"!

 

I do think the right has a ton of unnecessary hysteria about these vaccines, but it's true that it was developed very quickly, not even really FDA approved (except for one), and distributing to the masses has basically been the testing they're doing, and like.....idk. I do think the whole pandemic thing has been pretty overblown. Not as much of a cOnSpIrAcY as the right makes it out to be, but not as necessary as the left makes it out to be.

 

Re; aborted fetal cells (if that's even true that they are in the vaccines), as Dr Ben Carson (who is prolife) said in regards to using the fetal cells, it's a waste not to use materials that already exist. YMMV.

They are not.

 

I had the Pfizer vaccine in March. I had slight fatigue for three days after the first dose. The second dose hit much harder. I had a low grade fever and chills the next morning, with fatigue for another three days.

Reactions to the vaccine are indications that one’s immune system is responding properly to the vaccine.

My immune system much of my life has been extremely strong, but I was considered to be extremely high risk because of excess steroids in my system for more than 15 years until 2014 and now a slightly lower level of cortisol in my system as a result.

So, between the tendency to be overly strong, and now recently weaker, I expected to have a stronger reaction than most people.

 

Do the vaccines come from aborted fetuses? This is a bit more complicated that just yes they do, or no they do not, and sometimes may include the differences in simple lay speech and medical or scientific terminology. From the Nebraska Medicine site:

For a layman's comparison, perhaps it is a bit like the difference in whether Adam is my immediate father, and whether Adam is my first ancestor. I voted other. For one simple reason. Faith. God is Sovereign and I trust Him. I do not need the human manufactured vaccine from a Science community that denies the Sovereignty of God. And my wife and I have perfect peace with our decision. It is evident to us, that this virus and the vaccines, are being manipulated as tools of fear and control.

 

I am old, fat, and have heart problems and diabetes, so I took the vaccine (Madera) at my earliest opportunity.

No a bad formulation...

 

My wife and I both got the Pfizer vaccine together. She had a sore arm for about a week and I had no symptoms.
