No one is fighting against the Bible. Here's a newsflash, Silverhair, you are NOT the Bible and your interpretation of the Bible is not correct.
Silverhair, God has allowed your false teaching to be shared at the BB. He has allowed me to respond back and show those who read this thread how wrong you are so that others won't follow your folly.

Again, show one example where you QUOTE what they say without changing anything. I mean direct quotes, not paraphrases. You make outrageous claims and never back them up.

Provide the post where you have done this.
I understand exactly what I post. I will wait for you to provide the post where you attempt to correct my understanding of John 10, Romans 8, Ephesians 1 and 1 Peter 1.

My posts don't show you YOUR view. That doesn't mean I don't agree with the Bible, it means I don't agree with you.

Just because I do not accept the calvinist doctrine does not mean that I do not see the errors in you tthinking. You just would like everyone to agree with your view point but most of us prefer to follow the bible not calvinism.

You don't even know what I believe, when you "say what I believe" you say something that I have not actually argued. So no, you don't see errors in my thinking because you attack something I and @AustinC as well as others have not actually stated.

Show YOU where? I asked you to show me one time where you have quoted Calvinists with a direct quote and not a paraphrase and I have disputed it. The burden is on you sir.

Are you a calvinist? If so then I have disagreed with your theology. If you are a calvinist and you say you do not hold to TULIP or LBCF/WCF then what kind of calvinist are you. Do you not hold to what calvin and or augustine put forward?

I am Calvinist. I am in agreement with the LBCF, but not the WCF. However, I do not use that document to enforce my position, I use Scripture. Nor do I use TULIP as an acronym because it is poor word choices. But you do not put forth what Calvinism is, you put forth massive strawman arguments.

Since you say you have never disputed any of the calvinist quotes that I used to point out the errors of that theology, then you must agree that calvinism has errors in it. Good to see that you are starting to see the flaws in calvinism.

Can you read English? I mean really! I am saying YOU DO NOT QUOTE CALVINISTS. You give your paraphrases that aren't the Calvinist position at all.

As I said just about any post the you have done where I used your own quotes to point out your error. Since you say you know exactly what you write it should be easy for you to find them.

Well if you agree with the LBCF you still follow errors in logic. And if, as you say, you do not use TULIP what do you use? Do you affirm or deny what TULIP stands for. You may articulate it differently but do you hold to the basic teachings?

Radical Depravity, Sovereign Election, Definite Atonement, Irresistible Call, and Preserving Grace.

But again, I don't think you can show errors because you can't even articulate what Calvinists believe.

Well I find your answer interesting. Since I use the bible and have not based my theology on a man made theory it would seem that you are the one that is being false in your teaching. Agree I am not the bible, as I have said a number of times I just use the bible. What you call my interpretation of the bible is just me posting quotes from the bible. I do not really have to add much as the bible will defend itself. So if you do not agree with what I have posted then your disagreement is with the bible not me. You seem to be the one that is adding your own comments to explain the text.

Do you think that if the bible does not agree with your theology then it is in error? Seems your stepping into dangerous ground. I will say that you do seem to have a very high opinion of yourself Austin.

You know what they say "pride comes before the fall" you should humble yourself before it is to late.

So you use different words but how are they any different from TULIP?

So if you think I can not articulate what calvinist believe, then enlighten me. Now is your best chance to clearly put your views out for all to see.

We will have to continue this latter as it is late here and I have to get some sleep. TaTa
