Biden doesn't know what he says. To be honest, I think most know what he meant (also how he feels). But it is a great comment from Trump.

There are multiple references with video from rally speeches where Trump refers to Harris, and her supporters, as "Garbage". He's the king of disparagement, name calling, false accusations, and lies.
