I think you're right, Carl. Wish we could get him replaced....

I sent an email already. We have to stand against the encroaching evil or we will soon have the camel in the tent.
We already have his backside in the tent and he is suffering from diarrhea . . -
I told him OFF!
Here's another site where you can protest.

Jim wrote the network and Tagliabue or how ever you spell it!
Diane -
I didn't see it (apparently I should be glad). Anything to mention specifically? Just 'hearing' y'all talk about it sounds like it was gross.....

Gayla, Justin Timberlake was 'humping' Janet Jackson all through his song and then ripped her leather blouse at the end exposing one breast FULLY.
It was obscene!
Diane -
What are you going to write him for? Desecrating the Lord's Day! Enough Christians doing that already.
A worldly event, it seems to me, has its own licence.
Cheers,
Jim -
**Exclusive**
Top CBS executives approved a musical skit where Janet Jackson would expose her breast during the MTV-produced Super Bowl half-time concert, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
"The decision to go forward went to the very top of the network," a well-placed source explained from New York.
The groundbreaking scene came during the most-watched television broadcast of the year -- and during the dinner hour for the nation's west coast viewers.
In a press release before Sunday's game, CBS's sister outlet [VIACOM's] MTV promised "Janet's Shocking Moments."
"I'll get you naked by the end of this song," sang performer Justin Timberlake, moments before he ripped off Jackson's top, exposing a bare breast -- the nipple covered by a tassel.
CBS's main New York switchboard was immediately bombarded with complaints about the stunt, network sources said late Sunday.

Blackbird -
Blackbird, We were truly blessed at our church tonight. A record number of people for a Sunday Night Service; Three people joined the church; one young person surrendered for special ministry. We had some visitors....probably from the churches that didn't have services tonight.
Isn't that wonderful? Our pastor began the Bible Study, Journey of A Lifetime. -
As typically happens with me - I missed the entire first half of the super bowl - as well as the half time performance. I was a church!
I did the second half - and it was an exciting game.
Dan - where he was supposed to be! -
Wow! My granddaughter and I stayed in another room and watched movies together. Glad I missed all that GARBAGE!!!
-
As usual, I can find out what is going on in the world (especially what is wrong with movies and TV shows) just by reading the Baptist Board.
Not sure we needed such explicit descriptions of the half time show.
Perhaps our younger readers missed the halftime show.... -
First, let me say that I, no doubt, make my share of typo's. Nonetheless, the typo's themselves can be very interesting. When Dan, above, proclaimed,
"I was a Church." My reaction was, "Yes we was!"
As for the half time at the Super Bowl; I was called in to work and missed that. However, they already have posted slideshows at Yahoo on what happened, and I must say that was thoroughly disgusting. There needs to be repercussions for this. Many children watched this (Not to say that adults should have seen it either.) The performers, if you want to call them that, tried to make it out to be an accident. The trouble with that was the fact Janet Jackson was wearing a little tassle. Does she always wear that? No, it was meant to have happened that way. -
Good Morning.
I hope you all have a blessed day in the Lord.
Will look in later,
God Bless
Sheila -
And with the "morning" crowd coming on board, I will step aside and said "good night"!
TTFN -
Morning all - just saw the news of the half-time scandal on Euronews.
Shame, but not a shock.
Trust everyone is well and enjoying a good nights sleep over there. See you all later in the day.
Morning Sheila! -
by Dr Bob Even bigger than World Cup. Single biggest sporting event in the sense of TV.
??? Only in the US for about 5% of the world's population. The World Cup is MASSIVE and by far the most watched TV event in the world. -
Morning Roger, how are you today ?
