I installed MySQL and PHP and now no one can get on from the outside. *sigh*
AND I'm not sure I installed them properly. I'm just the web developer. I wish someone else would take care of this stuff for me . . .

It was cleared up by noon, but I seriously considered leaving right after that.

Did you figure out what went wrong? I've never had any serious problems with PHP/MySQL, although admittedly I rarely use it on windows. I do have a SBS 2003 server here at the office that is running it with no problems.

It's just permissions. Basic php, mysql problems.

Some switch got thrown by one of the IT guys that required log-in permission to view the site. *whew* -
