And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Rev 12:9

But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity[fn] that is in Christ. 2 Cor 11:3

And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. Rev 20:3
Rev 20:7,8 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

I wonder, are the people of the nations deceived today? I wonder, what all the people of the nations should be concerned, of being deceived?

put on the whole armour of God, for your being able to stand against the wiles of the devil, because we have not the wrestling with blood and flesh, but with the principalities, with the authorities, with the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, with the spiritual things of the evil in the heavenly places; Eph 6:11,12

I wonder, through whom, the devil deceives the people of the nations?

    Yes, the nations are deceived.

    Just look around.

We know secular nations are decieved. That is a given.

But look at Christians more devoted to one political party or another above Christ. Look at Chriatians believing this conspiracy theory or that conspiracy theory. They are essentially pagan.

there is no need to "wonder", just look around you and see the sin, wickedness, evil, which is testimony of the devil hard at work!

Jesus Himself wars in Matthew 24:24

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

    I agree with @SavedByGrace .

At the same time, I wonder if we are talking about two issues that needs to be fleshed out.

We have Satan deceiving the nations. We have seen this from the beginning. This is why we have false religions and "Christian" cults. We take this for granted (secular, "the World").

At the same time we have warnings to hold fast to our faith and not be deceived. This same evil is deceiving professing Christians.

We see this as professing Christians are yoked with "the principalities, with the authorities, with the world-rulers of the darkness of this age".

We see this with false teachers preaching a "prosperity gospel". I can't tell you how many times I have listened as church members rely on people like Joyce Myers and Joel Osteen.

Biut we have to remember that this is normal and how it should be in this time within God's plan. We should not be anxious but confident in our God as we rely on Him and His Word.

Narrow is the way, and on that day there will be many who believed they were saved hearing Jesus say "I never knew you".

Last night and next Sunday night we are watching "American Gospel Christ Alone," and discussing it.

    Interesting
