One Way Japanesee pilots

Informative video. One nit pick, the Japanese soldiers in any branch, not just pilots, gave up their lives rather than surrender. The "Bonzi charges on Iwo Jima attest to that fact. As someone put it, paraphrasing, it is sort of unnerving to know they are willing to die for their country, and we are not.
Another sidelight, is our effort to convert "B-17's" into flying bombs. Our pilots would take off and aim the plane toward the target, then bail out and our rudimentary remote guidance system would take over. JFK's brother, Joe, died in a test flight trying to develop that system.
In tomorrow's war, autonomous control and guidance systems will allow very lethal weapons. The Divine Wind is blowing from the digital revolution. Sadly it will blow in both directions.
