No, they also do not have the breath of life. Incests, bugs of various sorts are also not nephesh beings. They are basically biological machines. They do not die in the sense animals with the breath of life die. Specifically, they do not have blood. Life is in the blood.

That fact that you deny biblical history explains why you're trying to use modern scientific terms in theology and interpretation.

Those who deny biblical history, rarely understand death, or its origin.

    Two minutes browsing provided this:

'We lost, in Adam, the privilege of being in the image and likeness of God.' [Adversus .Haereses III.xviii, 1]
'Eve, by her disobedience brought death upon herself and on all the human race.' [A.H. III.xxii.4]
'As through a conquered man our race went down to death, so through a conqueror we ascend to life' [A.H. v.xvii.3]

I agree with that quote. We all died in Adam. Paul says essentially the same thing.

Adam was created upright. Adam sinned. Sin and death has spread because of Adam.

We cannot minimize what was lost when Adam sinned. At the same time we should not fictionalize the Fall either.

Would that include those who deny that we are touched now by original Sin then?

No. Scripture teaches that this original sin touched all mankind.

Which means that we all are fallen sinners, and all need God to grace us to be able to accept jesus as Lord then. correct?
As both Calvinism and Arminiansm would hold with?

Yes. Even those Christians who reject both Calvinism and Arminianism agree with that. Through Adam's transgression sin entered the world and through sin death. And death spread to all mankind for all have sinned.
