Prayer requests at the nursing home

So I'm a CNA and today when doing cares one of my ladies asked me to pray for her so that a certain morning CNA wouldn't be mean to her anymore.

I obviously reported this to the higher people but please pray that this situation will get better and that the Lord will help her.
