I understand what you are trying to do here. Obviously the only answer a Christian can give to the question you pose in the OP is "yes". The reason that is the only answer possible is because you create a condition by stating, "If the God revealed in scripture was exactly as described in the 1689 Confession of Faith..."

While this is true...I only posted that one section as an example...I meant if the whole confession was true,,,, But I knew most would not read it...so I just offered one portion to see what reaction it would get....and we see.
