The Vegetarian Argument....

Quite a while ago my MIL gave my wife a recipe for vegetarian chili.
We tried it but seemed to be missing something... through trial and error we adjusted the recipe and made the best chili ever.
I called it "Vegetarian Chili Con Carne" (for those that don't know, "con carne" means "with meat").

We entered it in the yearly Chili Cook-off one year and won both the Judges Award for the Best Chili and the Popular Vote for the Best Chili.

A friend said that his wife (a vegetarian) liked the chili too... she didn't know - he didn't tell.
