I hope it didn't hurt too much!

 

On my way to 9,000, hoping for 10,00 by the end of the summer, but as slow as I am at posting maybe not.

I think Dr. Bob is cheating, just where are all these posts.

 

You won't reach there if you quit.

 

We get credit for our posts in the Moderator forum and we do a lot of talking in there! YIKES!

Short observation...by a "neophyte"
What's the point of posting pointless posts? Is it for the sake of posting or shouldn't you actually have something of substance to say?
Seems to me that the point of this board is for discussion, which leads to either debate or fellowship, but posting endless "wooooohoooo fer youuuuuuus" only builds a tally which says nothing about whether or not you really had anything of value to say .

Several points in favor of useless posts:

1. To have fun!
2. To irritate others in a friendly sort of way (I have to be careful now that I'm a moderator)!
3. The love of playing games.
4. Did I say - to have fun!

PS - I do have my serious times and posts - but you'll have to do the research yourself - if you intend to find them! :rolleyes:

PPS - DHK - there are some who would say that a few of us have no lives - cause we spend lots of time here on BB. I also pick up lots of posts on the humor thread - games - and I've been known to double (multiple) post from time to time - but don't do that so much anymore.

PPSS - In my old days - this would have been at least four posts! -- But they've almost cured me by making me a moderator!

 

I have a "lost" year I have to make-up for and have recently discovered the "game room" is a great place to do it!

And no, I don't have a life outside of here.

 

Just good, clean, innocent fun! (Plus posting these gets me closer to my next target number, 4500)

 

Well, good and clean anywho's.

 

The only ones who are not innocent are the boldies who double post ;)

 

But what about the oldies who also
