Good to hear!
I stuck a roast in the crock pot late last night. It cooked all night and stayed on warm while I was at work, so now it's all falling apart tender and delicious. Mmmmmm!!!!!!

BBQ Chicken Cups (my own whacko invention, ground up chicken seasoned and cooked in a cupcake pan) and those canned green beans and taters with bacon flavoring in them and something else if I feel like scrounging it up.

I'm trying a new recipe tonight - Crockpot Meaty Ragu. We'll have it over rigatoni and I'll serve a salad on the side. YUM!

BBQ sauce on a roast isn't something I would have thought of, but it sounds good so we'll try it!
Annsni, your dinner tonight sounds like a perfect combo! Although every time I see your name I think of spiders and start singing the Anansi song. LOL
Dinner for tomorrow will be spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, and probably corn. -

I cooked last night. We had won-top appetizers (recipe to follow), salad, spaghettis, garlic bread, and yellow cake with chocolate frosting.
========================
OK, here's the won-ton thingies.
1 package of won-ton wrappers (look in the produce section... WalMart carries them, as does BiLo)
Cooking spray (Pam)
1 pound sausage (I used turkey sausage, but any will do)
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice, I use Colby/Jack)
1 can chopped black olives (one of the short cans)
1 finely diced bell pepper (red looks nice in them)
Ranch dressing (enough to make the filling stick together good)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Scramble the sausage, breaking it up fine as it cooks. Remove from pan and drain well. Mix sausage with cheese, olives, pepper, and dressing. Try to keep interested parties from eating the stuffing (it happens at my house).
Spray muffin pan with Pam, tuck a wrapper down into each cup, forming it into a cup itself, spray each wrapper with Pam. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from oven.
Place a rounded tablespoon of stuffing in each cup, return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. This works great if you have two muffin pans as you can swap from one to the other while on is cooking. Makes 48 or so appetizers.
I just made these last night and my wife and her mom are already asking when I will be making them again. :D -
