WEll........ I am just now getting to this and I'd like to remind you granny that TexasSky has apologized not once but twice to me publicly on these boards (go back and read that thread again), and one more time to me privately. She made a mistake and admitted it. So don't be bringing my name into this converstation unless you want ~really want~ me to stand up for the TexasSky because I respect what she has to say even when her word falls into areas that sting. I believe she is God sent here and is here for a reason. Now go puke all you want. Just don't puke with my name in it.

I am not a good debater, but it seems to me that in a debate if a person disagrees with a doctrine, that they should tell why they disagree rather than: "There you go again twisting doctrine, telling half truths, etc."

If a person disagrees and thinks that the other person is twisting doctrine, then IMO, I believe that person should state for those who do not find it obvious how they think that the person is twisting doctrine and why they disagree.

I have observed in these threads that when one has asked how the doctrine is twisted that person has been ridiculed.

For the ones who may not understand, please explain how it is wrong and let them decide if it is twisted or not.

Now, I keep reading about the "Full Counsel of God" (Not sure it is in this thread and maybe I need to start a new threat  )

But just what do you mean when you say that someone does not know the "Full Counsel of God"?

On the "Throwing Stones" thread, in this forum I went back to read it again myself and have come to the realization that I was in error. I apologize to GrannyGumbo and to all here.

TexasSky did NOT apologize to me twice as I have stated above.

She apologized three times in one post and one time in another post and once again to me privately. Five times constitutes a contrite heart to me, and I have accepted her apologies and offered one of my own in return, for having brought that one thread to the surface from the deep down below. The one that I think may have started this multiple thread disagreement.

And Granny I mean no harm to you personally, but please...... in the future know of what you speak before you speak it or stand to be corrected.

    MASSDAK,

Talk about someone twisting your words. WOW.

I have posted this before, but in order to rebuke your false accusations and lies, I'll say it more clearly one more time, and then ask you to NEVER EVER tell anyone what "Texas Sky" thinks is the way to be saved because you DEFINATELY don't know what I believe and you DEFINATELY misrepresent it.

    ----------
I believe that ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

I believe that God so loved the world that he sent his son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that world through Him might be saved.

I believe that there is no way unto the Father, except by Jesus Christ the Son.

I believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.

I believe that Jesus Christ took the sins of the world upon Himself, that He was the living sacrifice, and that He died, was buried and rose again so that WE could be forgiven for our sins.

I believe that He offers that grace and mercy and love to us freely.

I believe that faith, FAITH ALONE, saves a person.

I believe that once a person DOES know Christ, as an act of love they will seek forgiveness of sin and seek to please God. They will stumble and fall sometimes, and God will be there to pick up the pieces.

I believe that once a person is saved they should stand up and proclaim it before men.

I believe that once a person is saved they should follow the example He set and be baptized.

I believe that we should follow His commandments because He said, "If you love me, keep my commandments."

Now - what I posted that you twisted into some garbage about my not thining faith saves you, were the words of Christ - so if you have a beef with what is said about salvation in Matthew, take it to the Lord.
