Meatloaf and salad for three of the peeps.
Blood sausage and rice for the rest of us.

Tomorrow is Van De Kamp's fish fillets, some kind of fruit, and probably some broccoli. Premade stuff creeps into the menu on weeks where I work more. :tonofbricks:

We had chicken pot pie yesterday.

Today will be BBQ chicken sandwches, but I don't know what my wife is fixing as a side.

Waiting for our Daughter to go into labor with her first child. I asked her what she wanted for dinner and this is what she requested: Broiled Sirloin Steaks, Twice-Baked Deviled Potatoes, Tomato Olive Salad, and Pistachio Ice Cream Dessert.

Sundays are always a rush, so if I don't start our Sunday meal on Saturday, it ends up like today.

Dinosaur chicken nuggets, roasted Parmesan taters, and carrots.

Tomorrow was gonna be sketti, but I'm sick of all the bland and/or totally kid like meals I've been throwing into the mix. No work tomorrow as there's a doc's appointment, which means I can make a REAL meal!

I'm thinking thinking thinking. If anyone has any ideas, let me know! Otherwise, I'll ponder it and let y'all know what happened.

Our Daughter is due to have her labor induced sometime today, so no cooking for me for a change.

Our tradition is that after the delivery I usually just ask the new Mom what she feels like eating [or can tolerate] and then go get it for her. So I have no idea what tonight will be, or when either.

Hey Gina, how about Moist Turkey Breast with Dried Fruit Stuffing, Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes, Seasoned Garlic Gravy, Pecan Tossed Salad, and Apple Pie?

Gina, if you have a little bit of time beforehand, dip some chicken tenders in bread crumbs, toss in the crock pot and pour some spaghetti sauce on top. I use the whole jar. Set it to cook and make the spaghetti noodles when you get home and serve the chicken over it. Top with cheese, if you want.

Roast veal with roasted and steamed spuds & veg tonight. With a good sauce and a bottle of New Zealand red wine.

That might upset some people. Please pm me if it does.

We have a new Baby Grandaughter. She was born at 10:29am yesterday and she was 7lbs 8oz, and 21 inches long. Her name is Jordyn Alexis.

Baby and Parents are coming home today [believe it or not], so I'm making a special dinner for them:

Beef Roast Au Poivre with Carmelized Onions, Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and Mushrooms, Winter Salad, and Florida Citrus Meringue Pie for dessert.
