Supralapasarian "Hyper-Calvinism" Defended
Since @Silverhair accused me of cherry-picking, I am sharing this article which is a much more thorough defense of the absolute total sovereignty of God as revealed in God's Word, the Bible.
"First, I would like to present a totally Biblical argument for the supralapsarian position. Second, I will desperately try to not use any extra-biblical logic since this has aroused so many infralapsarians.

The first and foremost part of my proposition is that God is intrinsically holy. This... -
The Dead Will Hear the Voice of the Son of God - John 5:25
The Dead Will Hear the Voice of the Son of God - John 5:25
These words are spoken by Jesus Christ, to the Jews who wanted to stone Him to death, for, not only working on the Sabbath Day; but, for also calling the Father His OWN, in a very Unique and Personal way.
The passage can be seen, especially from verse 16, where we read of the Jews being enraged by Jesus’ actions and words, and Jesus’ conversation with them.
There is no indication in this chapter, that any of these Jews ever... -
Dead Man's Choice?
DEAD MAN'S CHOICE?
The vast majority of retail religion "worships" a grandfatherly god who has given over to them the power of eternal life, or death. On the one hand they are told they are dead in trespasses and sins, and in the next breath they are told to "make" Jesus their lord and saviour. This beggar god is a blasphemous idol of men's imagination and an affront to the God of scripture.
The scriptures declare a Sovereign God who from eternity, chose a people in time, redeemed them in... -

Can dispensationalists and covenantalists go to the same church?
Specifically a baptist church that holds to BFM 1963 or a stripped down version of it? At least, on the web site, the doctrinal statement is minimal.
It seems like there would be a lot of room for various positions. Could a dispensational, a covenantal, a reformed... all be members?
Preaching does not seem to give away any one system as far as pastor's preference.. though being in the same town as a major dispensational school, people in Sunday school have an obvious bent toward... -
Romans 9:11, A calling, not one's works, precedes the election.
A calling, not one:s works are to precede one's election.
MLV, Romans 9:11, . . . for* the children were not yet born, nor had practiced anything good or evil, in-order-that the purpose of God according-to his choice might abide, not from works, but from the one who is calling. -
Concerning Romans 9:16
I have made the following statement….
… If God responds to something mankind does and then makes them “elect”, that is a works based salvation.
… If mankind responds to what God has done through the power of God Holy Spirit after election, that demonstrates grace…
There are numerous passages that support these statements. However, I would like to focus on Romans 9:16.
The question that the Apostle Paul is answering is who are Abraham’s descendants that will inherit the promises of God.... -
Was Jesus truly flesh (with desires of the flesh)?
Luke 22:41–44 And He withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and began to pray, saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.” Now an angel from heaven appeared to Him, strengthening Him. And being in agony He was praying very fervently; and His sweat became like drops of blood, falling down upon the ground.
Did Jesus ask God that if possible to remove the cup and submit His will to the will of the Father?
My answer... -
Mark 14:12.
Sadly most Christians do no really believe Mark 14:12, And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover? Being the 14th of Nisan as the day before Christ's crucifixion. -
Calvinist template.
Total Depravity: The lost can only be saved by means of a gift, Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8.
Unmerited Conditional Election: One cannot be elect except by means of faith in the gospel, Ephesians 2:8, Romans 1:16.
Limited Not Atonement: A not limited Atonement is necessary in order for one to really know Christ gives one eternal life, 1 John 2:2, 1 John 5:9-13.
Irresistible Grace: Salvation is a gift, Ephesians 2:8, Romans 6:23, 1 John 5:13.
Perseverance of the Saints: God who does...
